On-site X-ray and ultrasound

Having digital X-ray and diagnostic ultrasound in the office means you are diagnosed and treated in the same visit, instead of being sent out for imaging and asked to come back. For an acute foot injury that difference matters.

What's Involved

  • Digital X-ray — Weight-bearing images of bone alignment, fractures, and arthritis, read immediately.
  • Diagnostic ultrasound — Real-time imaging of tendons, ligaments, neuromas, and fluid collections.
  • Guided procedures — The same ultrasound used to place injections accurately.

When to Come In

  • Acute injury — A suspected fracture, sprain, or tendon tear.
  • Unexplained foot pain — Symptoms without an obvious cause on examination.
  • Before an injection — Confirming the target before anything is injected.
